Pastor Joe has served as Lead Pastor at River City Community Church since July 2019. He and his wife Carolyn have three daughters: Emma, Abigail, and Hannah. Pastor Joe is a graduate of Southeastern University with a degree in Theology. Prior to coming to RC3, he served as a Lead Pastor in

Michigan and Arkansas as well as youth and young adults ministries in Illinois for over 10 years. Joe and Carolyn have a passion for leading and discipling believers into a deeper walk with Christ. In his spare time, Pastor Joe enjoys reading, coffee, and spending time with his family.
